This article explains the creative process behind the raw guitar sessions featured on this website.
All recordings are created spontaneously in a home studio environment, focusing on capturing ideas,
mood, and natural sound rather than producing polished studio tracks.
Spontaneous Guitar Recording
Each session is recorded in the moment without extensive planning. The goal is to preserve the raw
energy and authenticity of improvisation. Instead of perfect takes, these recordings reflect real
playing situations and creative flow.
Home Studio Setup
The sessions are recorded using a simple but effective home studio setup. Guitars such as Fender-style
models, Ibanez guitars, and bass instruments are combined with a Spark 40 amplifier for tone shaping.
The audio signal is captured using a Steinberg UR22C audio interface and recorded in Cubase 14.
Additional elements, such as drums, are created using an Alesis electronic drum kit (mesh),
allowing precise timing and flexible sound design.
Why Raw Sound Matters
Unlike professional studio productions, these sessions intentionally keep imperfections.
The natural sound, small timing variations, and tonal inconsistencies are part of the artistic concept.
This approach creates a more honest and direct listening experience.
